MOOOD BASICS

It's really, really, really simple.

1. Choose your daily MOOOD.

2. Confirm your daily MOOOD.

THE APP.

ALL team members can install the MOOOD app in their cell phones.

The app has been designed for only one purpose: to input your daily personal MOOOD in the most easy, friendly and simply way. 

 

Basically, the app works like this

Occasionally, a member of your team will want to communicate with his/her boss to talk about something. MOOOD makes that easier: they just have to check the box that appears at the bottom of the Confirmation Screen and the request will reach their boss so they can talk.

THE MOOOD DASHBOARD.

TOP TO BOTTOM VISIBILITY:
Before explaining the functionalities of the platform, it is important that you understand the Top to Bottom Visibility (TTBV) rule that governs the MOOOD’s system.

Let's say you have this structure: CEO, Directors, Supervisors, Executives, and Assistants.

Using the platform, any team member can see ONLY the information of everyone who is under their position. They will NOT be able to see the info of colleagues who have the same position. They will NOT be able to see the information of any position that is higher in rank.

- CEO can see all.

- A Director will only see the info of his own areas and sub areas. He cannot see the info of other Directors or other Directors areas. He cannot see the info of the CEO.

- A Supervisor will only see the info of the people, areas and sub-areas that report to him.  He cannot see the info of other Supervisors or other Supervisor's areas. He cannot see the info of the CEO nor the Directors.

- And so on...

Exception: The only exception to the TTBV rule is for the company’s Head of Human Resources, who usually is the responsible for the management of the organizational climate. The Head of Human Resources (and the people in his team that he authorize) will have access to ALL the information in the company. This power can only be modified by the highest ranking person in the organization.

By default, only CEO & Head of HR have access to the full company Moood Dashboard.
This privileges can be customized to fit each company needs.

THE DASHBOARD MAIN SCREEN:

In the Main Screen you can have a glance of the MOOOD of all areas under your supervision.

MOOOD INDEX & COMPANY AVERAGE
The MOOOD INDEX is a weighted average of the MOOODs of all the areas of the company.

The MOOOD INDEX will be very useful as a new Key Driver to monitor and manage in your annual strategic plans.

Just next to the Moood Index you will find the COMPANY AVERAGE with the simple average of all the company. This can go from 1 to 5 and higher is better.

THE MOOOD BARS
The bars graphic is a visual aid to see the general MOOOD distribution within your company.

It is perfectly natural if it shows some reds and purples... But if those color starts to grow, then you have some work to do. On the other hand, if yellows and greens are predominant, you may have something to learn and share with other areas.

MOOOD BARS: Know the dominant MOOOD of your company.

THE MOOOD CHIPS:
The chips shows the MOOOD of each area under your control including all of its sub-areas.
If you want to take a look at the sub-areas, just click the MOOOD chip and you will dive deeper.
Keep clicking-in to explore even further, all the way to the personal MOOOD level.

MOOOD CHIPS: The MOOOD INDEX for each area of the company.

THE FILTERS:

In the right column you can filter your MOOOD data as you wish: by dates, by geographical location, by MOOOD... 


The filtered data you get can then be downloaded in XLS format.
Note: We are working to make the filters even more powerful!

AREA INDICATORS:

Inside each area you will find a the TEAM AVERAGE indicator. This can go from 1 to 5 and higher is better.

If the area has sub-areas you will also find a GROUP AVERAGE indicator that merges your Team Average with all the Team Averages of your areas and sub-areas.
