ALL team members can install the MOOOD app in their cell phones. The app has been designed for only one purpose: to input your daily personal moood in the most easy, friendly and simple way.
Basically, the app works like this:
1. Choose your daily moood.
2. Confirm your daily moood.
Occasionally, a member of your team will want to communicate with his/her boss to talk about something.
MOOOD makes that very easy: checking the box at the bottom of the Confirmation Screen will send a meeting request to the person in charge of the team.
