1. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND THEIR ACCEPTANCE.

These Terms and Conditions regulate the use and services provided through the Internet portal called http://www.getmoood.com/ (hereinafter, the "Portal") that MOOOD S.A.C. (hereinafter, "THE COMPANY"); makes available to its Internet Users.

The use of the Portal attributes to the visitor, the condition of User of the Portal (hereinafter, the "User") and implies their full and unreserved acceptance of each and every one of the provisions included in these "Terms and Conditions" in the published version by THE COMPANY at the same time that the User accesses the Portal.
